Highlights Of FamTECH Aviary System
FamTECH cage-free aviary system is a fully-opened and multi-tiered laying chicken farming system.
Automatic Feeding & Watering System
Water and feed are supplied automatically and at multiple points. The feed troughs installed on both sides are refilled with feed at scheduled intervals and in precise amounts. Each column group is equipped with three waterlines: two on either side of the nest box and one in the middle of the first tier. There are 3-5 nipples per 1150mm long with water cups.
Attentive Nest Boxes Design
FamTECH nest boxes are spacious and highly private, leading to a high acceptance rate among the hens. The adjustable sloped nest bottom allows eggs to safely roll onto the central conveyor belt between the two nesting boxes, where they are then packed by the automatic egg collection system. For tiers without nesting boxes, we also set the conveyor belt for miss- collecting eggs.
Advanced Environmental Control System
FamTECH cage-free aviary system is equipped with advanced poultry farming equipment, such as an automatic lighting system, ventilation system, and manure removal system to create a healthy and clean farming environment. We set belt-type manure removal systems on both the upper and lower tiers to promptly remove manure from the house, reducing ammonia emissions. Combined with the ventilation system, this significantly lowers the incidence of disease and mortality rates among the poultry.
Scientific Design For Free Movement
The entire aviary system is spacious. Additionally, we have included some special designs, such as mesh walkways outside the nest area, perches on the outside of the frame, sloped ramps between tiers, and aisles covered with litter. These designs increase the activity space and movement opportunities for the poultry, as well as respect their natural behaviors.
