A cushioning mat of a certain thickness is laid at the bottom of the nest box to avoid the egg breakage.
The red curtains hung at the nest box entrance create a quiet and private space for hens to lay eggs and rest.
The bottom tilting mechanism first lifts upward by 3 cm before flipping, preventing egg blockage.
The perch rods on each tier are arranged vertically. We provide ladders during the early stage to train the poultry to move freely.

We install manure removal belts on each tier of the steel structure, and a scraper manure removal system across the entire poultry house floor, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for the poultry from all aspects.
The egg collection system consists of nest boxes, a turning mechanism, egg belts, and a vertical egg collector, enabling a fully automated, unmanned egg collection process. If required, we also provide long-distance egg conveyor and egg grading equipment.
We provide galvanized steel feed silos and feeding augers for the feeding system, enabling precise weighing and uniform mixing to ensure safe, timed, and quantitative feed supply.
Lighting System
The lighting system consists of LED bulbs, LED tubes, dimmers, and related components. It can simulate natural light variations, gradually dim at night, and allows for zoned control.
This system consists of exhaust fans, cooling pads, side air inlets, deflectors, and related components. It enables automatic ventilation and cooling, maintaining constant temperature and humidity inside the poultry house and reducing the occurrence of diseases.
Slatted Floor
The Chinese-style aviary system uses the slatted floor system, with no litter bedding and no dust. The slatted floor facilitates the installation of the scraper manure removal system and prevents direct contact between poultry and manure.
