Mother-child Rabbit Cage

In FamTECH mother-child rabbit breeding cages, female and male rabbits are fed from around 2.5-3 kg until 7.5 kg, at which point they give birth to baby rabbits. A nursery box within the cage separates the mother rabbit from her young. It allows the mother rabbit to feed her young at scheduled times while ensuring she has ample time to rest.

Advantages Of FamTECH Commercial Rabbit Breeding Cages

Cage Mesh

The cage mesh is made from Q235 hot-dip galvanized wire with a zinc coating thickness of over 275g/m² and tensile strength of 700-800 MPa, meeting international standards.

The top mesh is made of ∅2.5mm hot-dip galvanized wire, with a mesh density of 30x80mm. The bottom mesh is made of ∅2.8mm hot-dip galvanized wire, with a wire spacing of 10.5-11.5mm and a mesh density of 15x90mm.

The cage mesh is polished smooth, with no burrs or sharp edges. The lower layer of the cage is reinforced with DN20 hot-dip galvanized pipes for added support. The bottom edge of the upper layer cage door has two additional wires to prevent baby rabbits from escaping.

Cage Plate

The rabbit cages use Al-Zn alloy-coated steel sheets, a type of DX51D-AZ120 heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant material. The cage front panel is 0.8mm thick, and the manure guide plate is 0.7mm thick. All sheets are formed at one time through CNC bending.

Cage Frame

The cage frame is made of 40x20x2mm welded hot-dip galvanized pipes. The surface of the frame has an even zinc coating, ensuring durability and superior corrosion resistance. The connections of the cage frame use clip-on slots. The gap for the upper manure guide plate is 4cm, while the gap for the lower manure guide plate is 8cm.

Automatic Feeding System

The FamTECH rabbit cage is equipped with an automatic feeding system that can inject a specific amount of feed into the trough at scheduled times, ensuring scientific and healthy feeding.

Automatic Drinking System

The fully automatic drinking system uses stainless steel nipple drinkers and PVC water bowls specially designed for rabbits, with automatically adjusted water pressure.

Automatic Manure Cleaning System

Our rabbit battery cage can be equipped with a belt-type manure cleaning system and a scrapper-type manure cleaning system. When used in conjunction with the manure guide plates, it enables fully automatic and scheduled rabbit waste cleaning, improving the poultry house environment and reducing labor intensity.

Automatic Climate Control System

The automatic climate control system can precisely regulate and adjust the operation of lighting, heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment, ensuring that the rabbit house stays warm in winter and cool in summer with good air circulation. This reduces the spread of diseases and improves the survival rate of the rabbits.

Scientific Breeding Mode: Combined Used Groups A & B Rabbit Breeding Cages

Both groups A and B are 24-cell mother-child rabbit breeding cages. In group A cage, the lower tier houses 12 breeding does, while the upper tier is used for rearing replacement breeding rabbits. When the baby rabbits on the lower tier are weaned, all the does are moved to the group B cage. All 96 baby rabbits are then evenly distributed among the cells in the group A cage, with 3 baby rabbits in each upper-tier cell and 5 baby rabbits in each lower-tier cell. After approximately 30 days, the baby rabbits have grown and are sold, the group A cage can be cleaned and disinfected. The weaned does from the group B cage are then transferred to the group A cage, and the group B cage follows the same feeding pattern as those in the group A cage.
