The quail chick brooder cage is mainly composed of a cage frame, wire mesh, feed troughs, and bird guards. The cage frame is made of 275g galvanized steel sheets, while the cage mesh is made of stainless steel wire mesh. At the bottom of each tier, 11 steel wires are installed to support the floor mesh and prevent it from sagging. Meat Quail Cage
The meat quail cage is mainly composed of a cage frame, wire mesh, and feed troughs. The cage frame is made of 275g galvanized steel sheets, while the cage mesh is made of galvanized wire mesh. Its common height is 4-6 tiers, providing high stocking density while ensuring convenient daily management. The load-bearing frame is made of thickened square steel tubes. A certain gap (such as 5–10 cm) is maintained between each tier, and the bottom tier is installed at least 20 cm above the ground to ensure proper ventilation and hygienic conditions.

! Precautions:
1. When stepping on the feed trough, use the correct method: place your feet on both sides of the feed trough joint, supported by the hooks. Otherwise, the feed trough and hooks may be damaged.
2. Do not place heavy objects on the top of the cage. Under no circumstances should anyone step on the wire mesh at the top of the cage.

The automatic climate control system can precisely regulate and adjust the operation of lighting, heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment, ensuring that the quail house stays warm in winter and cool in summer with good air circulation.
Our stackable quail cage can be equipped with a vertical-type egg collection system. This system consists of an egg elevator, egg collection belts, egg roller conveyors, drive devices, etc. It can ensure an egg breakage rate of less than 1%.
