Poultry Farm Heating System: As winter approaches, it becomes essential to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature in the poultry house, providing a warm growing environment, especially for baby poultry in their growth stages. We can implement various heating measures, such as activating minimal ventilation and sealing cooling pads while ensuring air quality. Additionally, we can use heating systems like water-heated hot air furnaces to supplement the warmth. The system works by heating water through a furnace, and the heated water is then circulated through pipes and radiators installed within the poultry house to transfer heat to the air.

Poultry Farm Ventilation System: The application of ventilation systems is primarily aimed at introducing fresh air into the poultry house, providing sufficient oxygen for high-density poultry farming. It also helps expel harmful gases, such as ammonia and carbon dioxide, produced by manure and respiration, thereby protecting the respiratory health of the poultry and preventing the spread of diseases. Common ventilation systems include negative pressure ventilation systems (most common), longitudinal ventilation systems (used in hot regions), cross ventilation systems (used in mild or cold climates), and combined ventilation systems (which adapt to seasonal changes). These systems can be automated, with the primary components being exhaust fans and ventilation windows.

In the longitudinal ventilation system, rows of exhaust fans are installed at one end of the poultry house, with an intake opening at the other end, creating a strong airflow throughout the entire house. The cross ventilation system, on the other hand, installs a row of exhaust fans on one side wall, with ventilation windows on the opposite wall, forming a gentle airflow.

Poultry Farm Cooling System: Poultry, especially baby poultry, are extremely sensitive to temperature. In the hot summer, maintaining a cool environment within the poultry house relies heavily on an automatic cooling system. The cooling pad is a key component of this cooling system. It consists of corrugated paper treated with waterproofing and fixed in a metal frame, installed on the walls of the poultry house. When the cooling system is activated, water continuously flows over the surface of the cooling pad, creating a thin water film. As hot air from outside attempts to pass through the cooling pad into the poultry house, the water film absorbs heat from the air and evaporates into water vapor, thus cooling the air and reducing the temperature. This system can be automated, is energy-efficient, and consumes only one-tenth of the electricity used by air conditioning systems.

Poultry Farm Lighting System: The fully automated lighting system not only provides lighting for operators but also allows for the presetting of complex lighting programs, including daily on/off times, duration of light, light intensity (dimmable), and the simulation of gradual sunrise and sunset effects. This helps stabilize the poultry’s biological clock, reduces stress, and increases egg production. Currently, LED lights are highly favored due to their energy efficiency, long lifespan, and adjustable light (brightness and color temperature).

Automatic Egg Collection System

The automatic egg collection system is an essential piece of equipment for poultry farms focused on egg production. This system greatly reduces the labor intensity, breakage rate, and cost associated with manual egg collection, while significantly improving the hygiene and quality of the eggs. The automatic egg collection system is mainly divided into the vertical-type egg collection system, which is suitable for large-scale farming, and the plain-type egg collection system, which is designed for medium and small-scale farms. The core working principle of both systems involves using a conveyor belt installed at the bottom of each cage layer to transport the eggs smoothly and efficiently to the egg collection platform. Vertical-type Egg Collection System: The vertical-type egg collection system is fully automatic and available for 3-9 tiers of A-type battery cages and H-type battery cages. This is the most commonly used and highly automated egg collection system in large-scale farms. At the bottom of each cage layer, there is a slow-moving conveyor belt. The eggs laid by the poultry roll off the cages onto this conveyor belt and are transported to the vertical egg lifter at the end of the cages. The claws on the lifter securely grip the eggs from different layers and either lift them upward or move them horizontally to the central egg collection platform. The vertical-type egg collection system can be equipped with detection devices to automatically identify and remove broken eggs. The entire transportation process is smooth and gentle, with a breakage rate of less than 1%.

Plain-type Egg Collection System: The plain-type egg collection system is a simplified version of the vertical-type egg collection system, with a simpler structure and a relatively lower price. It is also fully automatic, but only available for 3-4 tier A-type battery cages and small to medium-scale poultry farms.

Each layer of the cage is also equipped with a slow-moving conveyor belt. The eggs roll off the cages onto the conveyor belts, which transport them to the end of the cages. From there, the eggs either slide by gravity or through a transition belt, eventually converging onto a main conveyor belt that transports them to the egg collection platform. The automation and efficiency of the plain-type egg collection system are lower than those of the vertical system. Additionally, during the process of sliding onto the main conveyor belt, there is a slight risk of collision, which may result in a higher breakage rate.
