The automatic egg collection system uses a traction-type power transmission structure, where the drive device drives the egg collection belt to transport the eggs from the egg troughs in each layer of the cage to the elevator installed at the front end of the cage. The eggs in the elevator are gripped by the egg claw, which moves up and down continuously, finally delivering the eggs onto the egg collecting platform. This system is designed to collect eggs gently and preserve the quality of the eggs. It reduces the egg slippage and damage rate during the collection and transportation process.

Vertical-type Egg Collection System
The vertical-type egg collection system is composed of an egg elevator, an egg collection platform, drive devices, egg collection belts, egg belt hooks, etc. This system is fully automatic and available for 3-9 tiers A-type battery cages and H-type battery cages. It features labor saving, high efficiency, and stable running, suitable for medium and large-scale poultry farms. In most cases, it is equipped with an egg conveyor system that can deliver all eggs from different rows of cages to the egg storage room.
Plain-type Egg Collection System
The plain-type egg collection system is composed of a drive device, an egg collection platform, egg collection belts, egg belt hooks, etc. This system is a simplified version of the vertical-type egg collection system, with a simpler structure and a relatively lower price. It is also fully automatic with high collecting efficiency, but only available for 3-4 tiers A-type battery cages and small to medium-scale poultry farms. If your farming scale is not large or if you have limited funds and want to further improve production and farming efficiency, the plain-type egg collection system is a good choice.
Egg Conveyor: Centralized Egg Collection Line
The egg conveyor is typically used in conjunction with the automatic egg collection system to form a transport network, which transfers the eggs collected from various cage groups to a designated location, such as the egg sorting room.

Their combined use meets the conveying needs of different heights, angles, and lengths, making egg collection more flexible and efficient. Our egg conveyor is fully automatic and uses soft rollers and 304 stainless steel trays. The use of soft rollers reduces direct impact on the eggs, effectively lowering the breakage rate, while also being flexible enough to adapt to different conveying needs. The 304 stainless steel trays offer strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, making them suitable for long-term use in high-humidity environments with frequent cleaning. Besides, the conveyor chain is adjustable in tension, ensuring smooth operation without jamming.
