Gantry Automatic Feeding System
The gantry automatic feeding system is designed for small and medium-sized poultry houses. It has the characteristics of saving time, uniform feeding, and less feed loss. Besides, it has low noise, convenient operation, flexible steering, and small space occupation. It is available for three to four-layer battery cages, and the feeding amount is adjustable.
Ladder Automatic Feeding System
The ladder automatic feeding system is designed for medium and large-sized poultry houses. It uses a three-phase power supply and is equipped with a leakage protection device, which greatly improves safety. In addition, it has a reasonable structure, stable running, uniform feeding, high degree of automation, and the feeding amount of each layer can be adjusted according to customer requirements, which effectively improves work efficiency and reduces feed loss. The ladder feeding system is usually designed according to the height of the poultry battery cage. Currently, we can provide the corresponding ladder feeding system for 3-10 layers of battery cages.
The ladder feeding system is mainly composed of a frame, a walking power system, a walking system, a feeding power system, a material volume adjustment system, and a power distribution system.
Automatic Pan Feeding System
The automatic pan feeding system is composed of a feed hopper, auger, conveying pipe, feed sensor, driving motor, feed pan, suspension lifting device, and anti-perching device. This system mainly uses the level sensor to control the motor for transporting the feed from the hopper to each feeding pan. It has a compact structure and is easy to use. The feed can be weighed as a whole and in batches, distributed in equal amounts, and automatically conveyed, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the breeder. And the feeding line can be raised by the suspension lifting device, which is convenient for cleaning work and the transfer of poultry in and out. The automatic pan feeding system is mostly used for cage-free poultry farming, as well as the cage breeding of broilers and chicks.

Automatic Chain Feeding System
The chain feeding system mainly consists of a feed hopper, drive unit, feed trough, corner wheel, chain, grid, and lifting device. During operation, the drive unit pulls the chain to convey feed from the hopper into the trough. This system offers fast and uniform feed delivery, stable operation, and convenient maintenance, significantly reducing the risk of feed contamination and minimizing feed waste. The chain feeding system is primarily used in cage-free poultry farming systems and aviary systems, making it suitable for medium- to large-scale poultry farming operations. Although its initial investment is relatively high, its cost-effectiveness is reflected in its low maintenance costs and high operational efficiency over the long term.
