Poultry Manure Scraper System
The poultry manure scraper system is composed of a motor, reducer, winch, corner wheel, traction rope, scraper, etc. It is typically used in combination with A-type battery cages and is installed directly beneath the cages. The manure falls from the cage into the manure pit below and is then pushed away by a scraper pulled by a traction rope, ensuring regular cleaning. The poultry manure scraper system has a cleaning efficiency of over 95%, meanwhile is inexpensive, easy to install, and requires minimal maintenance. It is a great choice for medium and small-sized poultry farms.
Poultry Manure Belt System
The poultry manure belt system is composed of a motor, reducer, conveyor belt, roller, chain, manure scraper plate, etc. It is typically installed beneath the A-type battery cages or each layer of the H-type battery cages. Manure falls from the cage onto the continuously moving conveyor belt, and is then cleaned by the manure scraper plate installed at one end. The poultry manure belt system is fully automatic and has a cleaning efficiency of 100%. It is slightly more expensive than the scraper system, but offers higher cleaning efficiency and cleaner results, making it suitable for medium to large-scale farms.
Manure Conveyor
Both manure removal systems can be equipped with a transverse belt conveyor and an oblique belt conveyor. The cleaned manure will be transferred to the transverse belt conveyor installed at one end of the poultry house. This conveyor will pass through a dedicated outlet in the poultry house wall, delivering the manure to the oblique belt conveyor outside the poultry house. It is then fed into a transport vehicle or storage tank for further processing.
